Cinderella
Directed By Gillian Shelton
Ossett Townhall - January 2026
Come and see the Priory Players pantomime at Ossett Town Hall. All the fun you would expect, and more, from a pantomime.
The most famous pantomime of them all! The classic rags to riches story!
Cinderella lives a life of drudgery, bullied by her horrible Ugly sisters, Salmonella and Listeria. Her muddled and confused father, Baron Hardup is powerless to intervene (he’s more scared of them than she is!) and her only comfort is her pal Buttons! Prince Charming is holding a ball to meet his bride to be.
Can this be the chance that Cinders has been waiting for? Despite the best efforts of her two malicious Ugly Sisters, Cinderella shall go to the ball with the help of her Magical Fairy Godmother!
Please note that the Town Hall does not have a lift to the balcony that can be used for the pantomime.
Book early to avoid disappointment, On the door sales accpeted where avaliability allows.

The Grimm fairy tale gets the Priory Players treatment in this fantastic pantomime fit for all the family.
Jealous of Snow White's beauty, the wicked queen orders the murder of her innocent stepdaughter, but later discovers that Snow White is still alive and hiding in a cottage with seven friendly little miners. Disguising herself the queen brings a poisoned apple to Snow White, who falls into a death-like sleep that can be broken only by a kiss from the prince.
Annie JR
Directed By Gillian Shelton
Produced By Malcolm trigg
Well, what a fantastic week we have had performing Annie Jr. to amazing audiences who have sung along, clapped and cheered and even given us standing ovations as we finish.
Our youth section have proved once again, what an asset they are to our society and we are so proud of everything they have done.
This week is a culmination of a huge team effort which takes months to pull together and I’d like to say a massive thank you to everyone who has been involved.

Our Amazing Youth section's returned to the Ossett Town Hall to take you all on a magical adventure with Aladdin and his magical lamp.
We challenged ourselves in different ways with this show, particularly backstage with complex scenery and mechanics for the flight scenes. Well done to cast, crew and everybody involved for another successful Priory Players production.
